UR Citizen Project has been founded to give a voice to as many as one in three Americans - between 95 million and 120 million  who have some type of criminal record, developed addiction and interacted with criminal justice system, which result in massive implication on person's ability to lead a full life. At this day and age, those millions have become increasingly involved and is about as close as they come to political power, have already built a coalition and expanded social movement. UR Citizen and its leaders have a better shot at reaching out to the country and have an open conversation about treating drug addiction, breaking the taboos around mental health and discussing what works and how we can deliver effective rehabilitation.
