On January the 13th, 2018 at 6:30 pm, UR Citizen Fashion & Art Show, Concert and Reception was held at 1800 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20009.  

UR Citizen Project has shaped as a coalition of progressive groups, large and small, signed up as partners  and a group of concerned citizens committed to achieving common goal of assuring access to jobs and financial resources for those who chose to become productive members of society. 

The artists of all types, including fashion designers, have decided to use their platforms to speak out. 
January the 13th at 6:30 pm at 1800
Connecticut Avenue, Northwest, Washington, DC 2009 the Russia House presented UR Citizen Fashion & Art Show, Reception and Grand Concert of soprano Olga Orlovskaya and Anna Kusner' duet for voice and classical guitar. Guests enjoyed a three-course candlelight dinner, fashion & art show, exclusive preview reception, silent auction and dancing making the evening spectacular and one of a kind. 

Biljana Regan, an outstanding Serbian ethnic fashion designer, demonstrated her collection of Serbian costumes, textiles, jewelry and accessories from the Balkans.

Appian Market Fashion House from Italy presented its Inspired by Excellence Spring 2018 collection that launches January 26th, 2018.

The exhibition included more than fifty works of art including paintings, fabric designs and jewelry by Anna Pinchuck, Biljana Regan, Anastasia Syms and Peter Sprung. The extraordinary collection of selected art was open to public and available for purchase during the event


UR Citizen Fashion & Art Show was open to public and no one will be turned away for the lack of funds.

Contributions made benefited UR Citizen Day on Capitol Hill program, a non profit organization dedicated to creating communities of mutual support and cooperation, and 90% of the proceeds went toward improving livelihood of Thad Messenger, unemployed young man in his thirties in search of a white-collar job, and every man and woman deserving a second chance on a road to discovery of courage, humility and compassion.
